  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork until they are partially smooth.
  2. Add nutritional yeast, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties or nuggets.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Notes

  • For a firmer texture, refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
