  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
