  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 2 cups baby potatoes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake potatoes for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  5. Cook marinated chicken on a grill or skillet until fully cooked.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix feta cheese and fresh dill to make the cream.
  7. Serve grilled chicken with dill feta cream and crispy potatoes.
