  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
  5. Add the cheeses, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix until creamy.
