  • 2 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the miso paste, soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until fully cooked and caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with black sesame seeds before serving.
