- 1 pound chicken thighs
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 cup cilantro
- 2 limes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
