Delicious and easy to make oven baked chicken thighs that are juicy and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  4. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking tray.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Notes

  • For extra crispy skin, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of cooking.
  • Let the thighs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
