  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and sauté until crisp.
  2. Add onion and cook until translucent.
