  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until soft.
  4. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
  5. Mix in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the beef mixture with bread crumbs, beef broth, and parsley.
  7. Spread the mixture into a casserole dish.
  8. Top with shredded Swiss cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
