A delicious and hearty breakfast casserole combining turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a family brunch.

  • 8 slices bread
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Layer the bread slices in a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the turkey bacon and chicken ham evenly over the bread.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and meat.
  6. Top with shredded Swiss cheese.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the egg is set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
