A delicious low-carb twist on classic Philly cheesesteak rolls, made with turkey bacon and cheese.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and stir well.
  4. On a baking sheet, lay out the turkey bacon and layer the sautéed vegetables and cheese on top.
  5. Roll up the turkey bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
