A delicious and easy recipe for Keto Lasagna with turkey bacon, perfect for those following a low-carb diet.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 cups marinara sauce (sugar-free)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Add a layer of the turkey mixture, followed by the ricotta mixture and a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with marinara sauce and mozzarella on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
  • Feel free to add more vegetables, like spinach or zucchini, to the layers.
