4 chicken thighs
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 hamburger buns
1 cup coleslaw
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them soak for at least 1 hour.
