  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onions and peppers until soft.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Divide beef mixture among hoagie rolls and top with turkey bacon and provolone cheese.
  5. Broil sandwiches until cheese is melted and bubbly.
