  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, flour, egg, and salt until a dough forms.
  2. Fold in the chopped turkey bacon.
  3. Form the dough into balls about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Gently drop the dumplings in and cook until they float to the surface.
  5. Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and let drain.

Notes
