  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 4 medium carrots, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
