  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a large skillet, sauté mushrooms and bell pepper until tender.
  4. Combine chicken, spaghetti, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, and heavy cream in a large bowl.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
