- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the butter, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper until blended.
- Take a chicken breast, make a slit in the side and fill it with the butter mixture. Seal the slit with toothpicks.

- Dredge the stuffed chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
