  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  4. Brown the chicken on both sides, then pour in the Marsala wine.
  5. Simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
  6. Stir in chopped parsley and crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
