Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water, garlic, and rosemary; stir until combined.
  3. Cover with a cloth and let rise for 1-2 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) with a Dutch oven inside.
  5. Shape the dough and carefully place it in the hot Dutch oven.
  6. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
