1/2 cup sugar for caramelizing

Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
Soak each slice of brioche in the egg mixture for about 5 minutes, ensuring it is well-coated.
Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and set aside.
