- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add chicken breasts. Cook until browned.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add rice and toast for 2 minutes.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Place chicken back into the skillet, cover, and transfer to the oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
