  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add chicken breasts. Cook until browned.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add rice and toast for 2 minutes.
  4. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Place chicken back into the skillet, cover, and transfer to the oven.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken before cooking.
  • Leftover dish can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
