Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a large bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until they form soft peaks.
Gently fold the egg whites into the coconut mixture until no streaks remain.
