  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 ¼ cups warm milk
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add in melted butter and eggs, mixing until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gradually add flour mixture to the wet ingredients, kneading until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the dough and roll it out, spreading cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and place in a greased loaf pan.
  8. Let it rise again for 30-45 minutes.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
  10. Let cool before slicing.
