  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced
  • 2 cups celery, sliced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
  2. Add chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper on top.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  5. Add egg noodles and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes until noodles are tender.
  6. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.
