- 1 ripe avocado
- 4 slices bread
- 4 slices cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
