  • 2 cups cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package cheddar bay biscuit mix
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for a minute.
  4. Add the seafood stock and heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
  5. Mix in the shrimp, crab, peas, carrots, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Prepare the cheddar bay biscuit mix according to package instructions and spread over the seafood mixture.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown.
